Scope of application:

WGD-P100-RB, WGD-P200-ZD series are mainly used in opaque PVC.

Functions & properties:

This series product are produced by the method of super-gravity depositing, particle diameter in 40-80nm in narrower scope the particles are well distributed, highly whitened. The nano material will be well dispersed in common mixer, and can be widely used, better in processing rheologic, meanwhile processing agent, those two will act as strong toughened effect as anti-collision modification CPE, MBS, ABS, ACR and so on to PVC and U-PVC products, increasing products gap impact intensity and flexibility. WGD-P200-ZD acting as intensifier and incremental material, takes the following result melting fluid has a small extension to the mould during plastic production, better color and appearance, lower abradability to the equipment and better physical property.

Referenced usage:

Put this product, resin and other additive into high speed compounding machine till the temperature reach 115-125oC, Cool the liquid to 40-45oC for discharge, extrude after a short duration.

Package:

Kraft paper sack lined with film bags PE 25±0.2Kg/sack net

Storage:

Store in dry and ventilate place.
